Milton Keynes Brass perform at the Leicestershire Brass Band Association contest

Milton Keynes Brass Band's performance at the Leicestershire Brass Band Association contest on 19 November, 2023, was a noteworthy event with the band performing Paganini Variations by Philip Wilby.

We secured seventh place in the first section, behind winners Hatfield & Askern Colliery with Soham Comrades and Eccles Borough taking 2nd and 3rd places.

The contest also held historical significance of having a trio of female conductor winning the top 3 prizes, a progressive step in the world of brass banding.
