Milton Keynes Brass join Parks Trust 30th Anniversary celebrations

A small group from Milton Keynes Brass were asked to perform for the 30th Anniversary of the Parks Trust at the Rose in Campbell Park.

The Parks Trust is the charity that looks after the parks, woodlands and lakes in Milton Keynes and today, they put on some organised walks around the art exhibits in the park and gave away tea and scones (complete with cream and jam!).

It was an absolute scorcher of a day with our audience mostly hiding in the shade of the trees but the band played 2 sets of mostly new music to the appreciative crowd.

Martin Wakley (our solo trombone player) kindly stepped in to conduct the band and it was a very enjoyable and relaxing afternoon.
